Stories of the life of Clivette have been passed down to us through the family.  We have playbills and photographs from the Vaudeville era and exhibition announcements, newspaper articles, correspondence and personal papers, including his published pamphlets from his artist years.

We are preparing this material, and researching other sources, in preparation for a catalogue raisonne.  If you have information about Clivette or if you own any of his paintings we would like to hear from you.  Your participation in this project would be most appreciated.
